Questions I have for the Department of Physical Therapy

Do we get any internships with local clinics or hospitals?
Internship courses are mandatory, so every student will be assigned to an internship in a hospital or clinic. There are relevant regulations on the institution and hours of internship.

 

As a student, I’m more interested in the orthotic design and manufacturing, is this program right for me? I see that there are a lot of courses about biology, kinesiology, and physical therapies, but I want to concentrate on orthotic design and manufacturing.
The Department of Physical Therapy has planned three elective course modules: Sport Injury Prevention and Exercise Instruction, Long-Term Care and Reablement, and Assistive Device Production. You can choose any module that interests you. As a student in the Department of Physical Therapy, you must complete 88 credits of required courses, such as kinesiology, biomechanics and other courses. Can I take another program as a minor or a major while I take this program?
Hungkuang University has a total of 20 departments, all of which offer minor program for students. However, except for the Department of Physical Therapy, Nursing, Speech Language Pathology and Audiology, and Nutrition, only 16 departments offer dual major programs.
